Custom orders are non-refundable if they have been delivered safely to the buyer. For other items, contact us within 3 days of the arrival of the parcel so we can discuss a refund or a replacement, and ship items back to us within 10 days of delivery.  Refund or replacement will be processed once item is received. In case of damaged item they must be returned in the condition it was shipped, within 3 days after the delivery. It will be exchanged or your money will be refunded after it is receive and checked.

Standard Shipping within the Caribbean takes 4-8 working days 
Standard Shipping to the Americas takes 5-10 working days
Standard Shipping to Europe 6-12 working days 
Standard Shipping to the rest of the World 10-15 working days

Please remember that due to uncontrollable circumstances delivery times can not be guaranteed. We are not Liable for any damage incurred during shipping.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will not be refunded. If a package need to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

*Registered mail Is one of the most reliable and safe ways of shipping and always requires signature upon delivery. If you are not at home, postal carrier must leave a notice that your packages are available for pick up from the post office.

 

IMPORTANT: If a package is not claimed within 15-20 days it will be returned to the sender.
