Clive August

Most days you’ll find him at Trinidad’s Piarco International Airport with his sketchpad, a set of lead, charcoal and pastel pencils, scouting out his next portrait. “I meet lots of foreigners based here at Piarco International Airport.  So that’s why you know the world know me more.”

“I think it is a spiritual force that keeps me doing it.  It comes like I love the work more than loving the money because I do it for a joy, like a passion.”
